On August 12, 2014, the United States Patent Office issued U.S. Patent Number
8,805,728 to NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOMD), the industry’s innovator in global mobile
barcode solutions. The newest patent adds to NeoMedia's already
extensive intellectual property portfolio developed through its
industry-leading barcode resolution technologies.

that are asserted in the QR industry.
